You own all invoice data you enter. We do not claim any rights to your business information, client details, or invoice content. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your invoices.
API access requires an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Rate limits apply (20 requests per minute). Automated abuse of the service may result in access revocation.
You may not use the service to generate fraudulent invoices, impersonate other businesses, or for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Sally Sold is not a financial or accounting service. We do not verify tax calculations, currency conversions, or the legal validity of invoices. Consult a qualified accountant for financial advice.
